HEALTH SERVICES IT COMPANY. We have worked with this company since its inception in 2005. eMarketSmart wrote the business plan and created financial projections for the Private Placement Memorandum that raised in excess of $5 million in equity. We also managed the design and development of the company's website launch and continue to function in a project management capability for ongoing site enhancements as well as key customer implementations. In addition, we are involved in product marketing, both online and offline.

FULFILLMENT, E-COMMERCE & DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES. We work with several different companies in these categories. We do not overlap in terms of products offered, the companies are in different market niches, including general merchandise, high-end pet products and "As Seen on TV." Our efforts in this space have included website development, product identification and sourcing, and search engine marketing, both organic and paid.
